PIONEER GUN WORKS WARRANTY INFO:
For Parts: Post 90 days of the date of sale, all PGW parts that have either broke or otherwise malfunctioned will be subject to replacement upon physical examination ONLY! The part, or parts will be sent back to PGW at the customer’s expense, and our in house gunsmith will examine the parts for faulty manufacture. If the part failed to uphold to the standard of quality and durability that we guarantee, the part will be replaced free of charge and shipped back to the customer at our expense as a replacement; or the parts will be refunded back to the customer at their request.
If, however, the parts upon inspection have appeared to be damaged that was caused by fault of the customer (out of battery discharge, double loaded round, shooters negligence etc), than the parts will be sent back to the customer per their request and no refunds or replacements will be offered.
